Do i have to provide contact tracing details to stay at travelodge?
Yes. As part of the Government's contact tracing programmes (known as Test and Trace in England, Test & Protect in Scotland and Test Trace Protect in Wales) it is a requirement to provide contact details for every guest, over the age of 16, who is booked to stay at Travelodge before you check in to the hotel.
Will i be charged an amendment fee if i want to change my room type at travelodge?
You may change the arrival date, room type and/or guest name on a Saver Rate booking. It is not possible to amend your booking to a different hotel.
Can i quarantine at travelodge as i am travelling to the uk from a country where i'm required to hotel quarantine?
No, you are not allowed to quarantine at any of our hotels as Travelodge is not participating in the Government hotel quarantine programme. We also do not recommend our hotels are used for self isolation, because Travelodge does not provide room service and take away food delivery drivers are not permitted to deliver food to guest bedrooms as this increases risk to other customers and our hotel teams.
